  • Returns and/or changes of items purchased at are accepted within 7 calendar days from the day the product is received.
  • We do not make changes to items purchased online, to make a change you must return the products and make a new purchase with the required products.
  • Refunds will be made according to the payment method used, and the refund time will depend on the payment method chosen.
  • In order for the return policies to be applied, the merchandise must be returned unused, with the labels in place and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).

How do I make a return

  1. Pack and seal your merchandise securely (preferably in the original package). You will have to pay the shipping costs of the package. Please note that the return is not prepaid, therefore you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Defective or wrong items

Any defective item or product that is different from the original order may be returned or exchanged within the first 10 days of receiving the item. Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection.
